Innovative Design



We have pioneered an innovative new recipe design that cuts out the waffle and helps you to easily follow the recipe on a step-by-step basis.

Our design uses flowcharts, which guide you through the basic process and provide you with optional tips so you can customise the recipe to suit you, your family and your guests. We use only authentic photographs of the genuine, home cooked dishes to illustrate our books, and provide clear health and hygiene advice as standard in each recipe.

Our aim is to give you a simple, easy way to cook without all of the prose and fuss of many modern cookery books.
